Chris is a leader in IBM’s iX – IBM’s Business By Design consulting team – with experience in the consumer industries. Chris joined IBM with a degree in Creative Music Technology from the University of Surrey. Now a musician in his spare time, Chris has spent 7 years with IBM’s clients helping to solve the big questions around consumer experience; imagining new business models, developing platforms and creating engaging experiences with data and technology. Chris has a focus on the development of design principles in emerging technology such as Artificial Intelligence and is now exploring how audio experience will re-emerge in digital.
