As head of creative development at Radiocentre, Clare works with brands and agencies to drive higher standards of creativity in radio advertising. She runs inspiration sessions and workshops to showcase the power of audio with best in class examples of sonic identity, writing, production and performance, highlighting the correlation between creative excellence and profitability for brands. She has revived the Aerial Awards which now appear in Campaign every month. She has previously worked in creative agencies including Ogilvy and HMDG on accounts such as Dove, American Express, Kraft and Superdrug.
