Kathryn is Head of Audience Science at Wavemaker leading a team of research and social insight specialists. With over 20 years’ experience in media research she has translated hundreds of key marketing and business questions into qualitative and quantitative research plans.
At Wavemaker she works across an array of clients and sectors including telecoms, finance, motors, sport and public sector whilst also leading key research projects and initiatives for the agency. Recent Wavemaker projects include customer service, ageism in the industry, social influencers and understanding the impact of brand voice using neuroscience.
Recent awards include the MRG IPA Lynne Robinson Award for Best Conference paper and two 2019 Mediatel Media Research awards including Media Agency of the Year.
