Lee leads the 80-person strong investment team at Spark Foundry. She was promoted into the role in March 2020, charged with overseeing the agency media investments, trading activities and commercial partnerships. Kicking off her 16 years in industry, Lee started in DRTV, and has now worked across a number of response-led clients, across the finance, charity, FMCG, Retail and Pharmaceutical sectors and direct-to-consumer (DTC) categories, including most recently Currys PC World, ASDA, Glaxo Smith Kline, Royal London, Simply Cook, Bel and McCormick. She’s spent a lot of time successfully helping brands such as KAYAK and Trainline, to bridge the gap between brand-building and response, helping them navigate a cost-efficient route to success. She has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and extracting maximum value from media partners through long standing and nurtured relationships. Lee has gained valuable experience working across every sector and has passion like no other for buying and negotiation, leaving no stone unturned for her clients.  She is an avid animal lover and has two handsome tabby cats named Del and Rodney.
